Returns

We guarantee that all Quingo Scooters will arrive free from damage or defects. If for any reason, your scooter is delivered and is damaged or defective, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase at no cost to you. Simply let us know by calling Customer Service at 800-958-8324.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Quingo Scooter within 30 days of receipt. Before initiating the return process, it is required that you first obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Service department, who can be reached at 800-958-8324 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Upon receiving a return authorization, we will assist you in making arrangements for your product to be picked up at the delivery location, packaged and shipped back. Once your returned product is received, we will process your refund for the purchase price, minus a return shipping fee of $500.

If you return your purchase and have not obtained a Return Authorization, you will be charged a 15% perfect restocking fee as well as a $500 return shipping fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed upon receipt of the returned product. To obtain a Return Authorization, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-958-8324 prior to initiating the return.
